Values & Goals

  1. Continue to work on the relationship in hopes that what he experiences is what he actually wants.

Rituals/Habits (Couple and Individual i.e. “Power Hour”)

  1. Eva - 3 mile power walk (meditation, prayer, listening to inspirational recordings i.e. Tony Robins etc.)
  2. Nightly Check-In at least 4 or 5 nights a week, in person, phone or video.
  3. GTKY (Face to Face or Write and Share) 10 - 20 min. a week.
  4. Minimum of 2 to 3 Family Check-ins during dinner.
  5. Keep up your Request List.

Top/Current Agreements (Positive Patterns)

  1. Eva checks with Daniel up front and sees how busy he’s willing to be for the week.
  2. Eva lowers her expectations. If everything doesn’t go according to plan, lower the intensity.
  3. Eva agrees that all is well that ends well.
