- Continue to work on the relationship in hopes that what he experiences is what he actually wants.
Rituals/Habits (Couple and Individual i.e. “Power Hour”)
- Eva - 3 mile power walk (meditation, prayer, listening to inspirational recordings i.e. Tony Robins etc.)
- Nightly Check-In at least 4 or 5 nights a week, in person, phone or video.
- GTKY (Face to Face or Write and Share) 10 - 20 min. a week.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 Family Check-ins during dinner.
- Keep up your Request List.
Top/Current Agreements (Positive Patterns)
- Eva checks with Daniel up front and sees how busy he’s willing to be for the week.
- Eva lowers her expectations. If everything doesn’t go according to plan, lower the intensity.
- Eva agrees that all is well that ends well.
