Both versions of “Nightly Check-In” are for reviewing your day, while at the same time, getting to know and support each other better. Version “B” is a bit more comprehensive but can be done in Autopilot. Note that, rather than using either version for your Check-In, you may feel inspired to talk and share about some specific content such as Come Follow Me.

If you’re feeling warm and wonderful already, talking about whatever is on your mind (other than your relationship) could be better than following the recording. You decide.
Keep in mind however that answers and shares using the recording can be a helpful way of getting to know each other in ways that regular chit-chat sometimes doesn't lead to.
Note: The person receiving the question can always say, "Would you ask me another one? (not that one)?”
